Who I am

MEET BRUCE

I didn't get into fitness to play it safe. I got in because I know what it feels like to want more — more energy, more confidence, more control over your body and your life.

I completed the Hard 75 challenge — 75 days of strict nutrition, daily training, and zero cheat meals. Was it hard? Honestly? Not when your mind is made up. The only real test was the no cheat meals — because we're all human. But when you have a disciplined mindset and a support system that believes in you, you find out what you're actually capable of.

I dropped from 240 lbs to 215 lbs in 75 days. Not just the weight — the whole way I carried myself changed. That's what discipline does.

I built LGM Fitness because I want to be that support system for you. I'm in your corner. My job is to draw out the potential that's already inside you.
